In the latest beta (though this has been happening to me for a while already) the bookmarks plugin never loads... the dll is there, it's set up to load in prefs.js, but doesn't show up in the plugins section of preferences.
In previous releases, after a few messing arounds with the profiles, I finally got it to load, but it still is a major annoyance.
Do you have any idea why it would do that, since it doesn't make any sense?
I found the problem by searching in the old bugs threads (should have done that first, sorry for the inconvenience).
The problem is msvcp60.dll needs to be in the windows path. Some notification when it isn;t there, or copying it to the right spot when it isn't found would be a great idea. There's not much possibility each and every user will have that dll installed, leaving it like it is right now could get you some more false bug reports.
