Is it possible, to have a cookie-manager like mozilla?

I copied the files cookie.txt and cookperm.txt to my mozilla-profile. Then I used the mozilla-cookie-manager to edit this files. Then I copied the files back to my k-meleon-profiles. The result was positive. K-meleon worked with this files correctly.

Is it really easy, to use the mozilla-cookie-manager?
