Why the heck would your boss care what browser you used ? At least you freed his mind of the M$-Borg collective.

I tried to use Windows Update with K-Meleon like I've done before and I just get a blank page now when I use the Windows Update Macro and the neptune plugin.

Check to see if the macro somehow got a line break in there. The whole line opennew(" ... "); has to have no line breaks (wraping around in the edit window is ok, but no hard returns). That's all I can think of. Hope that helps.

can you copy and paste the text from above or do you have to type them in manually?

Copy and paste is fine, no need to type them manually. Just be sure about the line breaks, and other than that paste to your heart's content.
