I have update the documentation for the wiki translators.

It was not possible to have directly the english source in the edit box when creating a new translated page, if the country was not known in the field 'Switch to'

If you modify your cookie.txt file, it becomes possible (for exemple for spanish and swedish translations letters are es and sv)

The notice is on the translation page

The trick is obviously necessary only if the language is not defined in 'Switch to'
