Where can I get a full reference of the supported commands that work in Monkeysages Build 1.7a?
Someone said that this version supports more commands than the official 0.8.2 version!
btw: what is the name of the macro language?

I don't know about that. Most of those extra macro commands have been around since v0.7.1 and they were never added to the official.
I think they're only looking at Monkeesage's bug fixes for the next release, so jsnj's right about the macro situation.
Unless there was some almighty "push" to have some of those macros included, maybe on the developer's mailing list. If the developer's don't know what people want, they tend not to second guess.
