New Tool: hostperm_edit

Yep, here's the promised hostperm.1 editor: http://www.geocities.com/rmn_km/hostperm_edit/ . Note: If you're using K-Meleon 0.8.2, don't bother; use cookperm_edit instead. hostperm_edit only works on builds with Mozilla>=1.7a (e.g. MonkeeSage's last build, the 0.8.2b test build using Gecko/20040520, and Firefox 0.9).

There are still a few things that I want to iron out, but this version is working so well that I just can't keep it for myself. smiling smiley

P.S. For those who don't know, hostperm.1 lets you set cookie, image, and popup allowance per site. The image and popup settings in hostperm.1 override other similar settings, so they can be used for image/popup whitelisting/blacklisting.
