Are we able to request optimzied builds for certain processor types or is the source code available somewhere so we can make the builds ourselves?

0.8.2+ is the standart k-m code only new compiler options added by Dorian.
& Kiki: us 4 used our holdays and free time up. IF You can use a compiler
it will be great and the first time that this small comunity will have anything like that.

p. s. Dorian made some tests with builts opimized for cpu type - they were not as fast as inofficial 0.8.2+ issued now.

I have a mingw enviroment and the ms visual c++ toolkit 2003 setup, so I guess I can use a compiler at my house to build the optimized builds.

Dorians really took off after he united the many xpt files.
i also started to collect about:buildconfigs from intersting other builds.

I have so for set up cygwin - may i have questions in this thread if i do not manage the setup on my own? You might know what to whach and do.

You may be interested by my mozconfing. Jan used an old 'about:buildconfig' page in the official version, and settings are a little different. I may update the wiki with it, if it's really a good thing.

if people like kiki start to build more often it would be nice if You published it.
next maybe we find better way to generate chrome and find dependencies inside it.

Everyone,

One more thing I've seen elsewhere here which I thinkis important.

The Main Menu hotkeys don't work in this build. Can't do Alt F, E, V, G, etc. for File, Edit, Go.

Anyone know how that got broken?

Someone mentioned before and it has something to do with the combination build/ rebar menu plugin. When that plugin is closed, it is working again.
We mentioned it in the release-info on the website http://www.hch.uwnet.nl/k-meleon

Just closing the rebar plugin doesn't make the menu work again. I think there is a second step but I don't know what that step is.

Is ff rc 1 a staitic along similar compiling params as well? From his about:buildconfig
