You must first use a unzipper to open it.
Extract it in a folder

To translate properties files, dtd files, you must use an editor which is able to transcode between ASCII and UTF(dtd) or the codage used in properties

I use PsPad as editor and the functions to transcode are avalaible in menu
Tools >> User Converters

When you transcode from Ascii to properties code, you must take care that you haven't transcoded it in the same way before, you always maky it in the other way (Properties > Ascii) before.

For URF, no problem.

Take the time to test, because, the transcoder files are perhaps not good, I had the problem for french.

Thanks Alain, your little manual is exactly the way that I was going before I set a post here in the forum. After the things that I must do, I start KM, type (for example) "bjmgpoihj" in the URL bar, but nothing happens - no dialog - nothing... *grmpf*
