A little Tool to bypass Profile box

I' m under w98se, and I use Windows users. I also use K-Meleon's profiles.

For convenience, I have names profiles the same as Windows users.

As I want to be able to choose the profile from each windows user (for testing purpose, or simply for navigating), I was ennoyed by the profile box as I opened a local html file or http links (for example).

I've made a little tool to put in Startup menu which takes the name from registry (netlogon) and I use it to change the registry keys (3) to have -P option used automaticly for html file, http links.

If works for w98se, I haven' t made the necessary for XP.

If somebody is interessed, I can put it on line. I shall probably accept parameters to force the profile name.

A better way should be an parameter directly from K-Meleon.

If you're on Windows 2k/XP name your profiles to match your Windows usename and append "-P %USERNAME%" to a shortcut, drop it in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\

If you want security and use NTFS setup permissions on the profile folders to lock out others users from your profile

I think your tool is great for 9x users, you should definately put it online. Although there is no profile security under 9x.
