Wonder what everyone thinks about trying to get some kind of FTP program working inside K-Meleon in the same way that Aggreg8 works?

I was looking at one for FIreFox called FireFTP and wonder if it can be ported over to KM?

Anyone?

did You already try to install it like RSS fead or googlebar?

Yes and No. I FAILED at trying to install it using the googlebar example, however don't go by my failures on this, I am notorious for getting this kind of stuff wrong.

It is not You - these things do not behave very consistent
- it is always trial an error - do not ask me why.

i will try Sunday or Monday ( i have already downloaded).
- using 0.8.2+ because he can use a little more of that xul stuff
- in case i get it going with 08.2+ i will transfer menus and try with a 0.9.
that way i have more chance to see whether i make a mistake.

You're being too kind. I am definitely not a coder. I just thought if there were to be another XUL program to build into KM besides RSS that FTP would be the logical choice!

I'm hoping you can get the KM ftp going too. Good luck guys'n'gals. If I come acros any useful research, shall i post it?
