I had mistaken. According to question and answers at lua-users ML, it is bad usage to share a lua_State among some threads. This plugin should use synchronization method. In the result, the plugin may define hwnd as global.

Notice: This version was spoiled compatibility from older.
* Lua 5.1
* hwnd is removed from arguments.
* Win32 Common Dialog
* Lua is linked as static.
* km.select can accept double click of item.

The changes of scripts for this version is only to remove hwnd from all arguments.

If you look this plugin as alternative of macro plugin, I suggest you to take thought with other choices

I'm not particularly looking for an alternative to the current macro plugin. But if someone is developping a new one (in that case, you) then I could consider upgrading the official one. You probably had reasons to make a complete new plugin.

The k-meleon macro have been improved greatly, and will grow after this. Then I think necessity of luamacro plugin will go down.

Yes, very much thankful for your work with LUA. I remember when macros in KM were more basic and less talented, then you and kko came along and shook up the KM world. It is good to have a couple of ways to do things in KM and when I argue with FF friends who point to their extensive library of XUL/XPI extensions, I point with pride to our ever expanding library and add that ours runs faster!

I would say lua macro plugin is still important cause it can support much more things than macro and it's easier to import other lua libs into this plugin. I am still maintaining my copy of the lua code in case any new KM plugin api is created.

I must say I still have interest in k-meleon and lua.
