I tried serval packages, but take no effect
All versions containing a complete chrome should support
https, that means possibly not Hao's "minimal" versions, which
have ME in their name, and also not the "no-chrome" versions,
which have NX in their name.
All the others should support https. You can check that
easily, going to K-Meleon's Download page, here in the
left table.

Hao's K-MeleonCCF ME 0.065 does support https,
