Hello devs, can anybody please tell me a command (which I might use in a plugin I'm working on) to get the handle of the layer that has the actual focus?

I know nearly nothing about Win32 programming, but I think you need to use the WndProc to catch WM_SETFOCUS and keep track of the focused window yourself.
