How to intercept events? Ex: Reload (ID_NAV_RELOAD)

I need to intercept ID_NAV_RELOAD via macro.
If it clicks F5 -> alert("Reloaded");
If it clicks Reload Button -> alert("Reloaded");

For what purpose do you need this feature?
