【solved】"about: plugins" couldn't show all the installed plugins

When I change the language to zh-CN which made by myself, the command of "about: plugins" couldn't show the all installed plugins. But if the language is en-US,that works fine.
why? Do the defects of translation cause this?

comparison of this two conditions:

I don't think that some missed translations can occurs this problem.

I haven't encountered such problem with french translation.

I haven't any idea about a reason which can generate such problem.

Have a look to this part of translation. As you used an older translation as base, try just for that part to restore english strings to see if it changes something.

Have you some error message when starting or using K-Meleon?
Does the plugins that are missing work correctly ?
It seems that the problem occurs with Flashplayer. Have you tried to rename it (npswf32.lld for example) to see if it occurs also with the next plugin ?

You could perhaps rename all the missing plugins in that way and unmake such rename one each after the other, to see what happens...

Thanks for your help!
No error message when starting or using K-Meleon,and all the plugins that are missing work correctly.
I had renamed the NPSWF32.dll as npswf32.dll,but even though I keep it as NPSWF32.dll,the problem still occurs.

Finally,I keep some sentences of the plugins.properties in english, and the problem doesn't occur again, all the installed plugins could be shown now. smiling smiley

Really curious ...

I thought a moment it was perhaps due to a space replacing an underscore, but the 2 last translated sentences are like that and work.

Perhaps the problem is due to xul, perhaps these values are used in the code ? You can have a look in the related jar (perhaps embed ?)

I couldn't figure it out!
OK,just keep the part of the translations in english, after all I think they're not difficult to understand for the Chinese users. smiling smiley

Thank you!

@ Chanson

If the change of language in line 11 of the code you supplied is when the problem appears, could it be the ( : ) at the end of that line? Did you try without the : ?

Hanlon’s razor is an eponymous adage named after Robert J. Hanlon that states: “Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.”

Oh,what a big mistake I have made! sad smiley

@ JamesD
Thanks for your notification! It's not the problem of the ( : ),but another error caused that!

The "file_label" was changed into "filename_label" in KM1.6.0 version, and I didn't notice the differences between the two lines before, just this mistake caused the problem!

Now the problem was solved!

Thanks again,JujuLand and JamesD.
