Ru-locale for KM 76 Pro (to arrive next days) and KM 76.

- Fixed localization file for browser.kmm (needs last browser.kmm)
- Updated chrome localization with files from FF 38.0.5 ESR (latest langpack version for 38 branch)
- Deleted (commented out) menu item for Live Blocking in AdBlockPlus (not suitable for KM 76 for now)

Latest packages (16.08.2019) with updated ru-locale for KM Goanna and KM Goanna Pro available here

Changes:

1) about:support fixed and about:serviceworkers added
2) typo noted here fixed

Newest ru-locale for official and Pro.

1) Added history pane fix for columns
2) Added fix for KMPREFS new pref-display.xul (siria's edits)

Updated ru-locale for KM Goanna Official and Pro

Fixed (accumulated from 2019) issues (due to updates of core and modules) for:

1) history
2) gestures plugin kmprefs
3) display settings in kmprefs
4) netError page
5) passwordManager.dtd
