MISSING STRINGS for F2>kplugins + macros list:
in macros.properties:
All except EN are missing: compat75=Adds more compatibility with old settings
EN has 30 macros
RU: only 24 macros (not even "useragent"!)
CN+FR: only 26 macros
IT: some completely different macros (obsolete from KM1.1?? lang/lang_xx-yy/mru/groups etc. - huh?)
Macro-names "permissions" and "minimal" (skin) are completely unknown to me. Ancient ones? Or plans for future new ones....?
EN:
useragentmode=Allows user to select K-Meleon's User Agent string - ?
Confusion with useragent-macro, or was just copied in hurry?
The "Mode" macro ONLY allows toggling Firefox-Compat-Mode

What shall we do about adblock.dll kplugin?
Currently this is also claimed "user-defined", although native.
Prob: How shall we name and describe "adblock.dll", trying to avoid confusion with adblock.css?? and with ABP, if installed by user??
(Instead "adblockplus" is contained everywhere, in EN+ almost all translations. Has that ever been a kplugin? *confused*)

exceptions:
CN: contains spellcheck, contains adblock
ES: contains spellcheck
RU: missing both and missing "login"

About the file "macros.properties"
Compare the lines with the english version from browser/omni.ja
This file defines the "description" lines of (loaded) macros when clicking
F2 > KM Plugins > Macro extension
For all "unknown" macros it shows "user-defined", but native out-of-box macros are not user-defined...
Finally had the brilliant idea (slightly belated) to simply look into my old KM-folders:
KM1.1 contains lang + mru + groups (=prehistoric, obsolete, can be deleted)
KM1.8 adodupan contains minimal + permissions (=fork of KM74, keep)

Thank you siria, I see the problem and and I solved it also many other minor corrections that I found between typos and more in these days.
All about translating K-Meleon. Creating and updating locales, solving l10n-related bugs, etc.
