I created german translation for km74.7+1 , it should translate almost all the ui to deutsch .
I had to rewrite some files to accept the translation ,so If there something went wrong or some bad translation , please inform me about it .
And i'm working on a translation for ru users , also working on a version of km 74_31+1 too.
Note:
-Extract the rar file in km main folder with overwrite on the old files.
-It may need to restart to change some components lang.
-Also if you had any trouble please delete "startupCache" folder .

Am I right assuming that all dtd- and properties-files with yesterday time stamp (28.10.2014) should be relocalized in russian?

I will try to make a German translation package for Your 74-31+1 when it is ripe.
As rodocop says we native speakers only need the English entities (an en-US Chrome: properties & dtd in the right place & manifest. Plus the kml with all strings used in the kmm) and the info that You are finished with the language part and want the translation soon. That is how Dorian handles it.
Will Your 31+1 become the official chrome & kml package for the project?:drool:
@ rodocop I found that I can have extra items in the dtd, properties and kml without problems. So a 24/31 is possible with some extra effort if needed.
p.s. I was once redirected by Vodafone Germany to a German speaking operator in Your country - he spoke German well and was very helpfull and friendly to me.

It's good graphics , i will use some of it.
when i finish of it , i will send the files that need to translate to you .

Some typos:
UserAgent [String] twice in useragent.kml
Search for New User Agent twice in useragent.kml
Set User Agent for the current web page twice in useragent.kml
Enter the User Agent Name:Ex ( Firfox30 ) why not Enter the User Agent Name ( Ex: Firefox30 )
FirefoxDisabledMessageLocked: instead of = in kmeleon.properties

look like some of this errors has happened when i rewrite some of files.
I will remove "the double string" & "wrong equal sign" when i adding it to the local files collections.
I found this post today. Will translate in the next days. I am a slow translator.
They are there because I use some things myself and I am lazzy. I did not want to do it twice. I had noticed that extra strings do no harm but missing ones do.
Yes natives must do it, if they want to have the functions. To have native translators is more efficient then a developer do it. Even when he could do it fast like Dorian for French. There are many native speakers but only few devs.
The downloading link of K-Meleon74.7+1 is out of date. I cannot download it. could you create a new link for K-Meleon74.7+1? Thank you.
