I've uploaded to Rapidshare a newer spanish version which is a more polished version than the older one. I've based it on the Brian's 1'7'12c update patch and mainly I've change the icons (except for the uninstall.exe file which does not work when I change it's icon. Don't know why), parts of the skin and the throbber. I have also included the Umlauts updated macro, which was forgotten on the last release.

As IMHO this totally satisfying (except for the cofee issue :-) this will probably be my last release for some time, unless something important happens (as an official 0.9.1, or a big GRE update).

I created a K-Meleon build about three weeks ago that is pretty much a stock K-Meleon 0.9, but with Gecko 1.7.12 (Gecko/20051225). But since K-Meleon 0.9.12 was released a few days ago, I guess my build is now effectively obsolete.

To fill the gap until the release of a spanish
version of K-Meleon 1.0, I have made an intermediate
spanish layer version of 0.9.12-1.8espanol which
uses Mozilla 1.8 final and already the new kmeleon.exe .
Gecko 1.8 final of nov/29th/2005.
Menus are in spanish, except the Preferences Panel.
Thanks to Enaitz Jar whose menu translation is being used
for a big part. Please excuse possible language errors,
that I may have made, they should not obstruct usability
for spanish speaking people, as long as the meaning
is clear.
Most features are the same as in KM 0.9.12,
except ActiveXSupport and XUL pages for permissions,
that are not included.
Tabs are not offered in the menus, although they have a
Preferences Page in the Panel. Don't make any changes
there. Here Layers are to be used.
I hope to be useful to demand offering this version.

of K-Meleon-ME1.7.12-mod-fromCD.
It can now be adapted for CD drive letters D, E, F, G, or H.
You can also burn several different versions for different
CD drives on one CD.
Nothing will be written on a computer, that you use, where you
have no writing rights.
* To run from CD which is drive D: .
* Unzip the zip file into a fresh folder on your harddisk and burn only the folder ProgramFiles3 and its contents on a CD.
* To run from CD which is drive E, F, G, or H :
* Unzip the zip file into a fresh folder on your harddisk.
* Replace the file ProgramFiles3/K-Meleon9/defaults/pref/prefs.js by the prefs.js suitable for the drive letter, which is :
For drive E : prefs.js in Folder ProgramFilesE,
For drive F : prefs.js in Folder ProgramFilesF,
For drive G : prefs.js in Folder ProgramFilesG,
For drive H : prefs.js in Folder ProgramFilesH .
Burn then only the Folder ProgramFiles containing prefs.js adapted for your

* You can prepare a homepage.html, bookmarks.html and opera.adr on a floppy disk, if you have access. When you are asked for it, after starting the browser, search for the path to it on your floppy.

* There will be no history and no cache.

° Installer now automatically registers K-Ninja as the default web browser for your OS/system, and also inserts the required registry entries for installing plugins like Flash Player & Shockwave.
