i've installed the latest version (after uninstalling the previous one) on Win98.
when i first open Kmeleon the cursor does not change to a "hand" over links until something on the page has been clicked (a link, a pic, a blank space). many sites do not underline links, and many have rollover effects - i cannot see these until i click somewhere first.
after that, all is well. this only happens when i first open the browser.
a bug??

Yes, this is a known bug. You are right that it only happens the first time that you open the browser. Hopefully, that is one that will get fixed soon.
