I have figured out why the privacy plugin doesn't automatically clear the checked option on shutdown and start-up (if you've asked it to do that)...It's because it wants EVERYTHING shutdown, including the K-Meleon Loader program.
So until this bug is fixed i'm going to stop using the loader program.
it's not a bug. the whole point of using the loader is to keep k-meleon in the memory at all times. that means it never shuts down unless you close the loader.

The point is to keep K-meleon Program loaded at all times. However, It is to keep the Cookies, Disk Cache, History, Address Bar History, and Saved Passwords in memory. So the Kmeleon Program loads faster when the loader is activated and loads slower when the loader is not activated. When you click exit the privacy plugin should delete everything that you have checked in it.
