Uaah, definitely unhealthy, if you're using such a mess it's no wonder!! Not only sharing one single profile with different installations (what's okay without certain more complicated macros), but even with so different KM versions for each, outch... I thought you were testing with a new default profile, at least after it became clearer that no one could reproduce, before insisting so hard it had to be some weird bug.

I found the problem and solved it! This is how the toolbar.cfg should look:

Yup. Missing images. Were you copying & pasting from a different toolbars.cfg file in your previous post?

Just to avoid mistakes for future confused readers now :cool:

If your skin worked fine before, just was missing the right-click menus after updating to KM1.6, then do NOT change any of your image names (bmp) , as seen above, or you end up with messed buttons!
To add the two menus, do only what desga explained in his announcement post for KM1.6beta1, that is ADD only 2 half lines with the menu names, but leave all the rest as it is in your particular skin. Different skins can have different bmp-names, that's perfectly usual in KM:

That file is found in Edit > Configuration > Toolbars, or manually in your current skin folder.
If you know what you're doing, or if you've made a backup copy of your toolbars.cfg first, then you can change whatever you wish of course and look what happens. It's fun playing with skins and new icons, just remember if something doesn't work anymore, to restore your backup copy of toolbars.cfg.
Make sure it's really the one that belongs to that skin folder, since most are not exchangable with other skins.

HM, best do the updates with an editor that can search and replace multiple files as a time.

Search string:

ID_NAV_BACK

Replace with string: ID_NAV_BACK|History Back

... and so on.

This prevents typos that You can make when You edit by hand and speads up the chore.

BTW. I Updated all older skins with standard macros including jsnj's and Rapido's. I only left out ones with non standard items like classiria, and some newer ones by jsnj that have different macros and English menus that do not translate/do not conform with default skin menus that are translated in kmeleon.kml. http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?10,112251,112251#msg-112251
