K-Meleon Web Browser Forum
I just found out about K-Meleon, and installed the 1.0 package from the .exe installer, and then when it was done I did not run it, but ran the .exe installer for the 1.01 upgrade.
I have no desktop, program menu, or quick launch entries for K-Meleon - something I expect from .ZIPs with no installer, but a bug in my mind when using an installer.
I am running Windows XP Pro.
During install You must select which shortcut You want to create.
By default: Create Windows Shortcuts for K-Meleon has no entry.
Bug or feature?
Remedy: reninstall and select e.g. Desktop Shortcut.
Then run updater. Your 1.0 profile is AFAIK not affected.
