Easy, just create an html in your desktop with this code and test from there:
<html>
<body>
<iframe width='100%' height='100%' src='https://www.pcwebshop.co.uk/'>
</body>
</html>
(I don't know why is shown a semicolon in the code :-?, but it doesn't harm)
Why should we waste time, if there are no real life examples?
All content should be on the same server.
I'm using XP and there is no semicolon in that frame.
It is your system or one of your content filters.

If it has newer GRE files and/or is recompiled 'correctly' I don't doubt it, but this is not related at all with the bug you say. There isn't anything overlapping anything.
It is related.
I've discussed this with disrupted in another thread
and implemented access rights to 'View Certificate'-
and 'Certificate Manager' dialogs for XUL.
The buttons only work in unreleased beta and the
second browser window doesn't pop up anymore.
JamesD probably took the jar from beta3 Chrome folder.
We can patch your embed.jar with XUL and JS to
remove the invalid buttons and display information
for adding exceptions, if you upload it somewhere.
Implementing KM 1.54's dialogs or any other
final solution requires a lot of servers
with invalid certificates, a new beta including
full access to CVS, bug server and download page.

The buttons are there and are click-able but they don't work. Only works 'continue' if not frames, and no one if it is inside a frame.
Tested from local html
in a frame:
- Old FF4 beta denies access without options.
- In my Beta only Certificate Manager button works.
Tested
without frames:
- Old FF4 beta denies access without options.
- In my Beta all buttons work.
You can always use Certificate Manager to add
exceptions for those sites. (You already knew that.)
