In K-Meleon 1.5 Beta, open these links (which return webpages with non-latin titles), one after another, in the same tab:
http://www.microsoft.com/zh/cn/default.aspx
http://www.microsoft.com/zh/tw/default.aspx
http://www.microsoft.com/ja/jp/default.aspx
http://www.microsoft.com/ko/kr/default.aspx
Then go to View -> History and the entries have question marks.
(IE) Favorites have similar problem. If the title has non-latin characters and you add the link to the favorites, you see question marks as well.
[But the Title bar, Tab bar, as well as View -> Tabs work flawlessly.]
