K-Meleon Web Browser Forum
I click on the icon and nothing happenes, (wait a few minutes) i look in processes (task manager) and it is there (k-meleon.exe) I have to kill it. I then click on it again and it will open. thoughts?

It would help to know the version of KM that you are using and also what operating system.

The same thing also happened to me today. It was running as a process, but the browser itself didn't start (after 15 mins of waiting). After a reboot, it started normally. This was with version 1.5.4 on Win XP.
Perhaps a crash of K-Meleon.
When the problem occurs, have a look to the process, to see if K-Meleon isn't always running.

km meleon doesnt open
