hi

when i open this page Kemeleon displayed the start but then doesn't let me scroll down. It freezes and I need to use Taxk Manager to close KMeleon. When I restart KMeleon it asks if I wasnt to reload the previous pages and if I say yes it freeeze son this page again :-

It's just that Nat Geo age with the frilly shark on it.

Anybody else have the same problem? Ity might be due to an ad on the page. I just installed Sun Java and Adobe Flash yesterday too.

not at all.. loaded very smoothly too. the page doesn't have any embeded content so not java or flash issue.. do you have greasemeleon or noscript extensions installed?
if you do try to access with them disabled.

i know for a fact greasemeleon caused me some problems with a few websites.
also if it's possible..try to take a look inside the error console while the page is loading, may give clue on what's making it freeze

i might try a reboot of the pc as i just installed java and flash.

i very very rarely install plugins or extensions.

ill try again and report back.

Are you sure that it stopped. I have a DSL connection and it was very slow to begin to write to the screen. It did finally begin and complete the screen.
