(Not for me) What were You doing?

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
Either the server or the browser engine has a problem, or both.
At the
German Selfhtml.org help Forum a web master that had that error when he wanted to store a 12 kb cookie in visting browsers, asks what to do about:
"Bad Request - Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."
The German cited the same English passage as You
He seems to run something like a shop. Big list field with checkboxes.
They told him how to do it better, because some browsers do not permit such cookies of this size. Cookies were intended to be small texts.
Now You were at a shop too. And I assume that this can be the cause for Your 400.
Repeat what You did with another browser. You would try with a Firefox 2 that has the same GRE as K-Meleon and then with a browser with another engine.
p.s. It might be that browser security prevents such cookies.
If so the shop owner would might be interested to know.
