BM window not remembering location

K-Meleon v1.5.2
Gecko: v1.8.1.20

My bookmark window is not remembering it's last location.
Every time I start up K-Meleon... the first thing I have
to do is... reset the value for the TOP
(LEFT, WIDTH, and HEIGHT are not affected).
I'm only using the Netscape Bookmmark plugin.
It's almost as if... when I close K-Meleon... it's ignoring
my setting and getting the setting from Firefox.
Is that a possibility?

As always... TIA for any/all help.

Go to Bookmarks -> Options... in menu bar.
In Preferences panel opened go to "Bookmarks Manager" tab.
Here you can setting the window size and position.

And never, it isn't possible that K-Meleon "getting the setting from Firefox".

Hey desga2,

That is how I reset it (via the Bookmark Manager tab).
I've also tried resetting it in the prefs.js (after I've
closed K-Meleon). But every time I re-open K-Meleon...
the value for... TOP is back to zero. This is like real
annoying.

Well I figured out how to get it to remember
the TOP value... but it doesn't solve the problem.

I had to remove the checkmark for the Taskbar property...
"Keep the Taskbar on top of other windows"

http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?4,89170

So now I'm back to NOT being able to maximize applications
and still have the Taskbar showing.

I'd rather put up with that than not having the bookmark
window (AND history window) remember their last screen
position in K-Meleon (considering I have K-Meleon up and
running virtually the entire time I have my PC turned on).

I suppose I could create a utility program (as I mentioned
in the thread link above) but... that's only a workaround.
It's not a solving the problem.

I don't quite understand why "some" applications are affected
by that Taskbar setting and "some" are not.

I noticed all Microsoft applications are affected by it...
but alot of 3rd party applications are not (including the
ones I've created).
