I use polish version. In polish language there are polish letters like "Ä…" which are written using Right alt + A combination. I wanted to use QuickNick function.. but when i want to write for example: "g wiÄ…z" - the alt+a configuration makes everything what's already written in address bar disappear. Other polish characters work ok.

do you have the favourites plugin enabled.. because i do and when i try to type alt+a into the addressbar, i experience something similar as alt+a is accel for opening favourites menu..is that's what's happening with you too? cause i think it can be worked around by either disabling accelkeys or changing the accel for f&avourites to favou^rites or any other unused letter in the main menu commands.
