K-Meleon 1.5.4 doesn't load pages that use Disqus. The page loads then jumps to a white page with text about the comments. I unistalled then reinstalled the browser and the problem continued to occur. I use xp so switching back to 1.5.3 wasn't a big deal, but I thought I would bring the problem to your attention.
don't have a discus account so i tested with their live discussion demo and it worked without problems in 1.5.4.. you might have a setting preventing it to work properly in 1.5.4.. remnant from 1.5.3 perhaps or maybe js was disabled..try with a clean install of 1.5.4 or create a new profile with default settings for testing
edit>manage profiles> create new>ask at startup.. restart
select new profile and test
