kmeleon.tabs.position = vtop
Disables main menu accel keys Alt F,E,V etc...
Oops... Yes, like with all real KM bugs I can confirm too (win98se KernelEx)
Confirmed, this is a bug, please report it in Bugs Tracker for remember fix it.
