Well I just found that the K-M cache dir was full of 35M of cached stuff which would not be cleared when I ordered it to via the provacy bar or the menus. Delete and rerun created a new Cache dir of course. I have recently changed the cache setting from 32 MB to 8 but that was after I'd run so low on disk space (due to the cache that won't clear - yes I'm down to a few free MB on my HD
so I suppose it might have been when K-M hung and the cache index file got corrupted.
Just curious if this is a known bug/problem or not.

There was a problem with clearing in one of the versions of 1.6, but I don't remember the details. Seems like it might have been in the privacy area under the tools menu. Are you using a version of 1.6?
