Hi,

with KM 75 the Sessions Menu is only in ´Menu´ ´Sessions´.

Before - in KM 74 - the Sessions has been in the Toolbar.

I want it in the toolbar again.

Does somebody like to tell me, how to do this ?

find your 74 installation and copy your used skin from there to the new 75 skins folder...
Then switch to that new skin in Preferences.

But KM 74 had to be removed (totally) from - topic - ´KM 75 Start BREAKS; sessions.json´.
I - ´still´, until now - do not have so much settings, which I cannot do from my mind and quickly. So I don´t have backups. And from not knowing, what file for what . . .

In future, I think, I have to copy all, ´daily´.
For this I need a list, what all is where - and what for needed, to decide the selection -, to do a batch for to copy all in one.

Or: what about a tool - or extension or as part of KM - for backup all this settings- and sessions- and bookmarks- ´and-what-else´ -files, with one click; after ONCE choosed a folder to copy to ?
Or with menu with all files - and descriptions - to choose the wanted and needed.

I like programming.

I learned Basic with C-64. This still worked for GW-Basic.
This - for me, from this (?) - has a structure - from syntax: command, parameter -, which I can work with.

The scripts-, the C´s-, makro-languages - and what else - for me I do not like to work with.

I want to work an easy way.
And: my life-time is limited. (In THIS - current - so-called ´earthly´ life.)

I cannot spend much time in learning a programming-language for THIS needs, and for other needs I need to learn other programming-languages.
This kicks me out of programming.

Or ´I´ could create a compiler with an easy syntax to compile it to where needed.

But this is work for much rest of life-time, or I want nothing else in this part of my life.

I think - I KNOW - I am a ´little´ bit angry about this; Basic - once learned over years - no longer to use.

From this I tried to go to machine-language, but did not understand the (a) basic - for me -, perhaps during work with first.
The fact: I could not do, too.

What I want to say . . .: ?
Sorry, I do not really know, perhaps just my anger and frustration about this.

I'm not a programmer at all but I dived into KM-macrolanguage as it came to this.

But siria is right (and there are no any personal invective addressed to you in her words): KM isn't a browser for everyone.

If you like it - use it. If you don't understand something - ask for help. You'll get all possible one.

But you shouldn't intimidate us by your possible exit:

1) this (when you blame siria or somebody else) isn't honest to us - see my first statement.

2) siria did so much for KM that her value for community is by several orders higher than yours one. Take this in account.

Look: when siria wrote 'KM possibly isn't your browser' it wasn't PERSONAL. This is one of general statements here where 'you' isn't exactly YOU but everyone! This could be about you and could be not.

And all the other 'stuff' about 'her hate' - is just your fantasy or misunderstanding. Forget it, please.

Try not to be so serious and vulnerable. We all can use some 'semi-jokes' without announce - expecting that everyone can feel this and take it right.

So once again: don't consider smbd else guilty every time you think it's worth to. That's right way of community coexistence.

Be one of us if you like it or need some help. Ensure you accept all what you are said not only what you used to accept.

Also remember that English isn't native for many of us. For me too. We can use some wrong intonation accidentally, by mistake.

siria pault mich auch manchmal gerne an. Muss man aber sich nichts bei denken.

Vielleicht kommt das von ihrem Nick - die Flammende oder so von grichisch: Σείριος

Dafür kann sie einem gut beim/mit koden helfen - wenn sie gerade Lust hat. :cool:

p.s. hast du versucht das menu an ein icon zu binden - oder ging das nicht?
