I just downloaded the program, saved it, ran it, installed fine, put an icon on the desktop and in "start" but when I double click the icon, it brings me back to the welcome page. What am I doing wrong?? Tnx Bob

I think we need a little more information in order to help you.

1. Exactly which program did you install?

2. What is your operating system?

Edit: After some more thought I need to ask another question. Did you change your homepage at any time?

Look at EDIT - PREFERENCES - BROWSING - GENERAL to see what your homepage should be. If it is still the 'readme' html and the startup area still has 'load homepage' selected, then you will get the 'readme' html at every start.
