When we chose another file bookmarks.html in Preferences Netscape bookmarks, window right click the icon Favorites of the tools bar becomes a thin vertical rule with the information at the bottom left of the screen?

Umm, how about a re-write of this thread with more clarity and punctuation? I can barely understand this.
