A privacy issue related to browser history is search history. Clearing the standard history works fine, but search history seems impossible to clear. Of particular concern to me was the fact that when I uninstalled and then reinstalled using the option to remove my profile, my first attempt at search on the 2nd installation brought up a list of previous searches. I cannot find anything obvious in the settings to clear the search history although, as I said previously, the browser history clears without a problem. What am I missing, if anything, that's needed to correct this privacy issue?

System:
1) HP 2000 series laptop w/ AMD E-300 processor, 4GB RAM, 350GB HD
2) WINDOWS 10 w/ latest updates (insofar as you call tell about that)
3) K-Meleon 75.1 w/ default duckduckgo search engine
