Found an old bug (or feature?) in handling urlbar focus for new tabs/windows.

That's it:

when KM is set to open about:blank page in new tab/window - then urlbar of newly created tab/window ALWAYS has focus whatever is the value of kmeleon.display.NewWindowHasUrlFocus pref.

Otherwise that pref works as it should.

You can set prefs to open empty new tab in 3 ways:

1) pref("kmeleon.display.newWindowOpenAs", 0);
//other prefs don't matter

2) pref("kmeleon.display.newWindowOpenAs", 3);
pref("kmeleon.display.newWindowURL", "");

3) pref("kmeleon.display.newWindowOpenAs", 3);
pref("kmeleon.display.newWindowURL", "about:blank");

In all this cases the new tab will always get focus.
