If you put an IE favorite in a folder, then KM will display it out of the folder until you click Add Page again, or restart the browser.
One may force a 'refresh' of the favorites using the plugin. I have made a macro with the call to the plugin. Favfresh will appear as 'Refresh List' in the Favorites menu.

That has been a huge prob for macrowriters for all those years, that new favorites added outside of KM didn't show up until either a new one was addy by KM itself or a KM restart. Has cost us endless hours of struggling to find at least workarounds, but those too have some probs. Until just recently Dorian finally fixed that.
Just as general tip, bug reports which are meant to help development only have a chance if they are reported with the latest development version. Currently that's 76-beta3-update2. The latest is always found in the accouncement part of this forum, not the download page.
