Hot keys stop working (Ctrl+T, Ctrl+W, Ctrl+F, etc.)

Hi all,
for some reason the hot key combinations like "Open new tab" (Ctrl+T) or "Close tab" (Ctrl+W) stop working after I reboot my laptop from idle mode.
Restarting KM doesn't always help, and when it does help - I'm not sure what were the "successful actions" which resulted in hotkeys working again.
Is there a standard working way to fix it up when this happens?

Are you russian, guy?

If so, just set English keyboard layout as default for your OS and restart KM.

Yes from Moskau.

Can You guys change the hotkeys to Cyrilik somehow?

p.s. With German we changed some of them.
