In KM 1.8.0 (Adodupan Version) this works.

1.).... But (for 74 and 1.8 under XP SP3) I confirm that the Bookmarks Bar cannot be toogled via View Toolbars - Bookmarks. It is fixed below the other toolbars. It has no grippy. The bar is discolored when Back.bmp is used. In fact it stops to react as a toolbar. Probable reason: Kplugins must be compiled
with older Windows settings.

The screenshot shows top to bottom.

1.8.11, 74beta2, 1.5.4 where it works.



p.s. The screnshot also shows another bug only present in 1.8.11.
The Closing Tab Button cannot be switsched off.

BTW. Favorites and Hotlist plugin cannot even create the bar when it is set.

I suggest that these two plugins are abandoned - or at least Opera Hotlist.

Unless it is only a compiler option that does this.

As far as I remember. Because I did not know the right compiler options.

2011 with VC8 and VC9 I used this to get this bug go away in bookmarks.
No other change needed. No idea whether this is still supported in VC10.
