Am not fully sure what you mean, but here's a trick:
- when right-clicking a link, the link-menu appears
(submenus can manually get added, as you did, either inline or as popup)
- when right-clicking NOT on a link, and some text is selected ANYWHERE on the page, the selection menu appears (name probably "SelectedText")

I mean that when some text is selected(text in a hyperlink), the rightclick menu is not convenient(when the cursor is in the selected area).

Maybe I do not understand all. But:

When the text of a hyperlink is selected for the right click menu You have two cases (maybe even more):

1.) Right click over the link

-> the context menu for that is selected.

2.) Right click on another part of the page (not over the link)

-> another context menu is selected. That is a different menu.

p.s. While text is selected You can also use normal menus.
For example to copy a selected text to clipboard.

The use of normal menu is needed sometimes for example in editor fields such as the mail page at yahoo, other mail services or forums.

我的意思是，如果一个超链接被选中部分文本，且光标在这部分被选中的文本里，右键菜单里应该有针对这部分选中文本的菜单，而不是必须将光标移出选中的文本才能出现这些菜单，现有的做法不够直观，也不够方便

Yes it's not intuitive at all, as so many little tricks. Just minor little probs and known since many years, but only a dev can change the out-of-box configuration.

Luckily users can help themselves in KM, especially with menus:
Open the file "menus.cfg" and add this at the end:

Or to add it at the TOP of the LinkPopup nmenu, the new line can be placed ABOVE its first submenu, whose name incidentally is "Link" too:
electedText|Link

To MODIFY a menu, there must be written a ! before it's name, otherwise that whole menu gets deleted first!

Such little user fixes work fine, but suppose it's not perfect enough for out-of-box configuration. Because such 'hardcoded' menu additions show up ALWAYS, whether a text is highlighted or not. And then it looks like a bug too. A dev surely could fix this easily, but we only have 1 and his little spare time should rather be spent on fixing the more difficult bugs, with page display etc.
