If the toolbar have some space between buttons, you can right click on that space, the rightclick toolbars menu will appear.

But... if the toolbar don't have some space between buttons, even you right click on everywhere, the rightclick toolbars menu will not appear.

So, I have to keep some space for the "RIGHT CLICK".

And I don't find the toolbars menu in the menu bar...

The 'Toolbars' menu can be found under the VIEW menu.

That menu will appear, alternatively, if a button doesn't have a custom context menu.

Some don't have, so use them to show the menu. Or create a new "dummy" button.
