The readme.html for "Welcome to K-Meleon!" under help in menu with the locale is en-US can be viewed unless you do 3 things.
1. Extrack alll of the omni.ja to the browser folder.
2. copy readme.html into the omni.ja file the select a different locale and then select en-US.
3. Create a locale un-US in the locales folder and copy readme.html into the en-US folder.
