I cann't write messages in this social network ( vkontakte.ru ) And this network is very popular in my country... so it's really kind of problem)

You forgot to mention which K-Meleon version You use.
Make sure that You have JavaScript and cookies enabled.
If You still use 1.5.4 or older please switch to the newest stable test version.
1.5.4's JasaScript version is old and not supported by all pages any more.
Try with 74 RC. You will find the release candidate at
http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?8,128577
74 RC is already available in several languages among them Russian. One installer for all supported languages. After install press F2 and change GUI to ru for Russian or choose another supported language.
If the problem at vk.ru persists, report it as a bug in the release candidate's thread. If You lack words, write the report in Russian and in English as good as You can. e.g. rodocop can read Russian and can translate if needed.
