I have imported the bookmarks from Firefox, but many bookmarks do not have a favicon in the bookmarks menu. This is despite the fact that the favicons are displayed in the address bar when opening the sites.
Sometimes the favicon appears in the bookmarks after I login on the site in question, but not always. At the same time, in the address bar the favicons always present.

Bookmarks doesn't import with favicons my friend. Only when you access the site does KM reload favicons for imported bookmarks as you've noticed.
Even if to access the sites most bookmarks icons do not get updated/loaded.
Do you have in preferences panel > cache > to cache website icons enabled?
It was buggy in the past maybe it works in the latest.

Yes, cache of icons is enabled.
