Found by russian users (confirmed multiple times and for different OSes)
privacy.dll fails to get localized if KM is placed in folder named using cyrillic letters. It shows in english while all other stuff is russian.

Move to latin-lettered folder fixes it. Needs dll recompile.

Modified features and translations of privacy.dll in the past and if the browser starts from \msvc\K-Мелеон\ folder, the privacy plugin settings dialog shows Cyrillic letters. Just curious what path you used.

Should ask about this.
Mine personally never using cyrillic letters in OS paths.
