Trying to access the menus by pressing Alt+ accelerator (F, E, V, G, H) doesn't works.
BTW, nice work, although it is a long time that I haven't used 0.4, but I think it launched quite faster previously or as I didn't time it an my reference is Mozilla: has Mozilla improved so much during this time?
if you want to use keyboard shortcuts in the menu, you need to disable the rebar menu plugin.
This has been added to the FAQ and Release Notes.
