K-Mellon crashes when entering encrypted sites

When Entering my bank site K-Mellon gets a memory reference error. This also happens when I load applets.

Cant tell you my bank site, becuse it doesent crash till you try to login
but it also crashes when trying to access the www.checkfree.com site.
OS:
Windows 2000 SP2
JRE:
1.3 it is taking the plugin from my JBuilder 4 directory.
Mozilla:
I am running Netscape 4.7. I uninstalled the mozilla browswer and removed the directory
