Mellon not rendering web page

When I try to go to the
miamidade.gov site I get a blank page.

Win2000 SP2
K-Mellon .5

Ricardo,

It looks like the site does some sort of browser detection before loading the web site. This loads in Mozilla so it might be a bug in the embedded version of Mozilla that is causing this problem. I'll contact the site and see if I can find the cause of this.
